-In his first encounter with Bulat, he received a scarf to conceal his face. He still has said scarf.

Backtagging: I am always up for this :D Everybody gets a little busy sometimes.
Threadhopping: I am also fine with this.
Fourthwalling: Probably not? Depends on the situation, but he doesn't really need that kind of thing for who and what he is.
Offensive subjects: I am up to hearing about pretty much anything.

Hugging this character: You can try, but he will not appreciate it. It would take a lot of character development to get him to an accepting point for this.
Kissing this character: Same as above, but it would take a bit more.
Flirting with this character: You CAN....but he will not take it too well. As always, much development needed.
Fighting with this character: By all means, but he is no pushover. Note his abilities in his application. He is also one of the final battles from his canon for a reason.
Injuring this character: I am up for a great deal. I would prefer no dismemberment. I am not opposed to scarring depending on the situation.
Killing this character: Nope. Unless he is leaving a game permanently, we can avoid this.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: As long as it is discussed, he really does not have a way to protect himself from this. He would be more uncomfortable with what somebody sees than the actual ability to read minds.

Warnings:

He is VERY fast. He moves fast enough to be perceived as teleporting when it is not exactly that. He fights without anything but his bare hands and his artes. He does not require an overlimit so he can fly immediately into his mystic artes(his most devastating abilities) without having to build up to it. He also has an ability called a Curse Slot. He places a Daathic symbol on a person and the closer he is to said person, the more powerful it is. It take a person's memories and uses it against them.

If you want to potentially plot with this then send me a line. It could lead to some CR. An example of its use was on Guy Cecil in his canon. Guy's residual desire to kill his friend compelled him under this control to try to relentlessly kill said friend.
